It’s easy peasy! Start by adding the items you wish to purchase into the shopping cart. During the checkout process, you will be prompted to create an account. You’ll need to upload a copy of a government-issued photo ID. If you are a state-issued Medical Marijuana Identification Card (MMIC) holder, you’ll need to upload that as well. Once you’re a member, you can check out and arrange payment and delivery! We can’t wait to see you!

Absolutely! Being a member of our Cannagram family and buying cannabis from licensed retailers like us is 100% legal under California state law as long as you are 21 or older or have a state-issued MMIC card and are 18 and over. 

Your state driver’s license, state identification card, or passport are valid forms of identification. Your ID must be valid and have a future expiration date in order to be accepted.

Heck yes!  Any individual with a valid, government-issued photo ID proving they are 21 or older may order. Unfortunately, we are not allowed to sell cannabis to medical patients without a California state ID and MMIC.

We provide same-day or scheduled delivery to the greater Sacramento region and surrounding areas. We strive to complete all same-day deliveries within 1-3 hours and provide live updates to your cell phone so you can track your order’s delivery time. We do ask for grace and patience because it’s crazy out there on the road!

In order to keep our rock-bottom prices, we require a minimum order based on your zip code. This minimum must be met after applying discounts, rewards, and taxes. See below for your zip-code’s delivery minimum.

Currently, we accept cash and payments via Paytender Mobile Wallet as well as Stronghold via the website’s Pay Online Now option. 

An ACH payment is a type of electronic bank-to-bank payment in the US. Payments via ACH are made through the ACH network, rather than going through the card networks such as Visa or Mastercard. We use the trusted, easy-to-use platform called Paytender to facilitate ACH payments.

Yes, there is a small convenience fee associated with these transactions, which is charged by the provider for these payment methods.

Just like anything else you purchase in California, and pursuant to California law, taxes are assessed on all cannabis purchases. There is a cannabis excise tax of 15% imposed by the State of California and sales tax based on where the product is delivered. Trust us…we don’t like it either… 

Unless otherwise instructed, we can only accept one promotional or coupon code per order. You can, however, use your Cannagram Points along with your codes.

Tips are appreciated, but not required. Our team works hard to provide you with five-star service and we are grateful for any gratuity that you contribute.

We allow exchanges for defective products only. We require noticice within 24hrs of purchase and will only exchange for the same product. If it is not available, we can exchange for similar only. We do require all original packaging and for it to be defective to get a full credit towards another.
